Community Initiatives for Children (CIC) is a grassroots organization that began in 1988 as a resource for families to educate children and empower families.
We provide service to ten Minneapolis neighborhoods: Cedar Riverside, Phillips, Powderhorn Park, Central, Ventura Villiage, Whittier, Near-North, Sumner-Glenwood, Hawthorne and Bottineau.
