We serve the Phillips Neighborhood which is at the heart of downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a constantly changing and diverse place with great potentential, housing people who need a fresh start in life.

Community Initiatives for Children focuses its work on helping new families get that fresh start. We live in the neighborhood and work with parents and children to reach out toward that new life.
